War Party Ranch is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides opportunities for women + girls to create working and life skills that foster independence and self reliance in all aspects of their lives.

1 in 3 women have experienced some form of physical violence by an intimate partner.

1 in 7 women have been injured by an intimate partner.

72% of all murders are committed by an intimate partner.

For Indigenous women these statistics are even more alarming, with 4 out of 5 experiencing some form of violence in their lifetimes.

At War Party Movement, we are fiercely committed to taking action in breaking cycles of abuse and fundamentally changing the way women are treated, across the country and particularly in Native communities, through our non-profit program, War Party Ranch.

Vision

We are about having “Less thunder in the mouth,” and “more lightning in the hand”. By creating a community for women and girls that is focused on horsemanship, agriculture, hunting, fire arms skills, self defense, and health + wellness - our goal is to foster independence and self reliance that will be carried throughout their lives, in relationships, and in all future endeavors. Through education, mentorship, sponsorship, and direct intervention we are continuously working to further this goal. In 2024, we will be focusing on teaching, sharing skills, and bringing people together by expanding our skills training clinics and community outreach.
